Bullying Reporting Form

The Niagara Catholic District School Board holds sacred the view that each child is created in the image of God, and that every person must be treated with respect and dignity. Every student has the right to be safe and to feel respected in and around the school. Incidences of bullying result in a negative atmosphere, which contradicts the image of God in each child. Niagara Catholic does not tolerate any bullying of students or staff within our schools or sites.

The Niagara Catholic District School Board’s Anonymous Bullying Reporting Form is one way for students or community members to report a concern about a student’s safety specifically in the case of bullying. Parents and students are encouraged to report incidents of bullying. Participation is anonymous and voluntary.  No identifying information (e.g., email address, IP address) will be collected through the online tool.

The information provided will be forwarded to the appropriate school administrator for follow-up.  Keep in mind that the more information you provide, the more likely school staff will be able to intervene effectively. You do not need to give your name, but we will not be able to get back to you or get more information if needed.  It may take up to 24 hours to be contacted about the incident report.

Thank you for taking the time to report your concerns.

If you believe that you or someone you know is in immediate danger of harm, please call 911.
