FACILITIES
Niagara Catholic’s Facilities Services Department is responsible for making sure that our more than 60 schools and sites are safe, clean and healthy places for students, staff and visitors. However, the Facilities Services team do much more than that.
The Facilities Services team is also responsible to ensure that our buildings are energy efficient, oversees our EcoSchools Program, and is responsible for child care services and our Community Use of Facilities program.
Community Use Online Reservation System
Niagara Catholic believes that schools are hubs in our communities, and provides access to school sites outside of school hours to community groups, according to our Community Use of Facilities Policy. Individuals and groups interested in reserving space in one of our schools can access our online reservation system here. Please contact our Community Use Clerk at 905.735.0240 ext. 180 for more information.

Community Planning and Partnerships
Niagara Catholic District School Board is committed to working with community partners to make the best use of its facilities.
In accordance with our Community Planning and Partnerships Administrative Operational Procedures, the Board is committed to increasing opportunities to expand the number of partnerships as well as long-term planning in a way that is well-informed, well-coordinated, transparent, sustainable and supportive of student achievement in its Catholic schools.
Individuals or groups interested in leasing school space for a partnership are asked fill in our Expression of Interest Form, and to please contact the Board’s Community Outreach Coordinator at 905.735.0240 ext. 121.
