In education dwells the seeds of hope, a hope of peace and justice, a hope of beauty, of goodness, a hope of social harmony.

Pope Francis Centre
All students learn differently. In keeping with Niagara Catholic’s vision statement, Encountering souls and opening minds so that all students succeed, we believe in the importance of providing an alternative learning environment for students who learn best outside of a traditional classroom setting to allow them to achieve their personal and academic goals.
The staff at the Pope Francis Centre provide students in grades 9-12 with individually designed programs, experiences, and support. The school’s motto is A Place Where all are Welcome.
The Pope Francis staff supports students who are young parents to help them complete their education, and students who have struggled with attendance, or require an alternative learning setting. Teachers, child and youth workers, and social workers provide unique programs and support services to students. They work closely with parents, the child’s home school, and other supports to ensure each student succeeds.
