Transitioning between In-Person Learning and Online Remote Learning

Elementary Student Requirements:

The next entry date for elementary students who wish to transition between in-person and online remote learning is Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021.  Read a letter from Director of Education Camillo Cipriano here.

The form to indicate this change is available here and will remain active until 11:59 p.m. on January 15th, 2021.

Report Transportation Changes to Niagara Student Transportation Service (NSTS):

Regardless if your child transitions between in-person or online remote learning, if your child is eligible for transportation you must complete the Opt-In / Opt-Out Transportation Request through Niagara Student Transportation Service (NSTS).  Read the detailed Back to School Transportation Plan for additional information.

 

Secondary Student Requirements:

There will not be a formal transition for students into the Niagara Catholic Virtual Secondary School for Term 5.  Should there be extenuating circumstances which require a change in modalities, these requests should be made through the home school principal and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis to determine how needs can best be met.
