Sacramental Preparation
Sacramental preparation is the primary responsibility of your local parish, however with the support of the Diocese of St. Catharines, we are providing a sacramental preparation program through our Virtual Chapel.
Our recommended program for First Reconciliation & First Communion is an adaptation of the Dynamic Catholic "Blessed" Sacramental Preparation Program. Each session is comprised of 7 short videos and a journal response. A printable PDF for journaling at home can be downloaded here.
We've also a created program for Confirmation based on Dynamic Catholic's "Decision Point" Program. Each session is comprised of a video and a journal reflection.

Journal Reflection: Like the other sacraments, Confirmation is an intimate encounter with Jesus Christ. Take some time to reflect. In a journal, online or on paper, write about which areas you need to work on in order to become the best version of yourself. Ask Christ to guide you in these areas as you prepare for your Confirmation.

Journal Reflection: In a journal, online or on paper, describe a time when you worked hard to prepare for something important. Why did you work so hard to prepare for it? Did your preparation make a difference?
Examine your conscience (using the link below) and then find time to go to Confession sometime before your Confirmation.

Journal Reflection: “But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15) What might be holding you back from putting God first in your life? In a journal, online or on paper, describe the steps that you would take to work towards preventing you from putting this above God.
